IT HAS BEEN 70 YEARS SINCE THE RISE OF NARUTO UZUMAKI TO THE SEAT OF HOKAGE, NARUTO AND ALL HIS COMRADES ARE LONG DEAD BUT THE WILL OF FIRE STILL LIVES ON. HOWEVER THE PEACE THAT THEY WORKED FOR HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED AND WAR THREATENS ONE AGAIN. THERE IS A NEW HOKAGE, THE TENTH HOKAGE HAS LONG STRIVED FOR PEACE BUT SINCE RECENT ATTACKS HE WILL BROOK NO MORE. HIRO KITAKI HAS DECLARED WAR ON THE ATTACKERS: THE VILLAGE HIDDEN IN STONE, THE CLOUDS, AND THE VILLAGE HIDDEN IN TH RAIN WHICH WAS ONCE AN ALLY HAVE NOW TURNED AND ATTACK KONOHA AND HER ALLIES.

Description: Hiro was abandoned at age of 5 months at the former hokage's door. he was raised by the hokage eversince. was trained to use the 4ft katana blade since age 5. not much else is known.
Special:He prefers to use shadow and lightning clones as his chakra is comparable to a certain sword weilding former member of Akastuki. He is a lightining and wind style nature ninja and uses both very well. He is also a master of sealing jutsu, as well as being a master of sword arts. he has a rare kekki-genkai(blood line trait) that lets him use lightning style jutsu to its full potentaial. His His blood line trait also allows him to combine wind and lighting arts into the one of a kind Storm style. Personal techinque:Raisoku Shundo, and Raijinsou Titanoktonon(Lighting god spear: Titan Slayer.)
History: Hiro is reincarated without his memorys from a former Hokage around 70 years ago, he dosent rember much except his name and that he is hokage now once again.
